Dr. Piper works extensively with her patients to help them connect with and support their nervous system. This is conducted through virtual holistic counseling appointments.

She often will recommend craniosacral therapy (sometimes offered when in-person appointments are available), acupuncture, and counseling to support your nervous system and give you the well-deserved dose of calm that will support your gut and entire body.

We know that acupuncture, counseling, meditation, or yoga aren’t for everyone, which is why we work with you to find a mind-body modality that fits you best.
